WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

• Please have a double check of all the qty of items/or individual items when the package is delivered.If any of the qty of ordered items / individual item is missing please inform us for the same withing 24 hrs of receiving the package at :: support@anubisrc.com with SUBJECT :: REFERENCE TO ORDER#<NUMBER>

• Due to the nature of hobby, we DONOT provide any kind of warranty/guarantee for any kind products sold at www.anubisrc.com (ANUBIS TECH).Although we assure you all of the products are maintained through a strict QC from manufacturer itself.If you have any technical query after your purchase you can directly call us or whatsapp us on 9819030753/9321623063 we will try our best to solve the query for the same.Under no circumstances queries/warranty will not be entertained if a customer purchases a product & sell to other customer(Third party involvement) 

• For Cancellation of order please refer to our CANCELLATION POLICY.

In the event of product Dead on Arrival or due to manufacturing defects from the factory itselfthe defects to be notified to our team through Email :: support@anubisrc.com with SUBJECT :: REFERENCE TO ORDER#<NUMBER> DOA  within 24 hrs of delivery of the product. In case of manufacturing defects OEM support will be provided to the buyer as far as possible, depending on our contract with the OEM. In case the claim is made after 24hrs ANUBISRC(ANUBIS TECH) does not  held any responsibility for any of the products.

• In case of HEX/CUBE PILOT PRODUCTS DEFECT/MALFUNTION customer need to send email to manufacturer for the defect rma request & manufacturer will guide further.If the product needs to be sent back to manufacturer for inspection the cost to sent back will be borne by  customer

My product is completely working but of no use to me will ANUBIS TECH accept return?

⮩Sorry,we DO NOT accept the PRODUCT RETURN after the delivery of the package.

⮩IN SOME CASES,EVEN IF WE DO ACCEPT RETURN OF THE ITEMS,WHICH ARE ALREDY DELEIVERED TO CUSTOMER THEN CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE SHIPPING FOR THE PRODUCTS TO US,WE WILL REVEIW THE PRODUCTS,IF THE PRODUCT IS IN ORIGINAL PACKING THEN ONLY IT WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN,NO DAMAGE TO PRODUCT.AFTER THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED,EMAIL WILL BE SENT FOR THE ALTERATION OF ITEM DONE IN ORDER OR ORDER IS CANCELLED IF ALL THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED.BANK CHARGES,TRANSACTION CHARGES(RAZORPAY CHARGES),SHIPPING CHARGES,PRODUCT RESTOCK FEES-20% WILL BE DEDUCTED & STORE CREDIT COUPON WILL BE PROVIDED.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND IN BANK ONLY STORE CREDITS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH VALIDITY OF 1 WEEK.
  • I have receieved wrong item/incorrect/different item from my order?
  • ⮩ We will arange return request for pickup of the wrong/incorrect item & ship the correct item as per your order.

If in case the receiver doesn’t accept the delivery of the package & the courier is returned to us,there will be item restock/return fee of 50% of the order total & rest of the amount will be in customer email account in form of points.
