Bambu Lab ABS-GF is a glass-fiber-reinforced ABS filament for mechanical components, practical household parts, and decorative prints. The added glass fiber increases stiffness and helps reduce warping compared with standard ABS, making it a useful choice for fitted assemblies, casings, connectors, and brackets. Its fine matte surface softens the appearance of layer lines for a clean, finished look. Each unit contains 1 kg of filament on a high-temperature reusable spool, in your selected color.

Recommended printing setup
- Printer: enclosed printer required.
- Nozzle temperature: 240–270 °C.
- Bed temperature: 80–100 °C, with glue.
- Print speed: below 180 mm/s.
- Drying: 80 °C for 8 hours in a suitable blast drying oven before printing.
- Storage and printing humidity: below 20% RH; keep sealed with desiccant.
- Nozzle: hardened steel, 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm; 0.6 mm recommended.
- Not compatible with 0.2 mm nozzles; stainless-steel nozzles are not recommended.
- Build surface: Smooth PEI or Textured PEI with Bambu Liquid Glue or Glue Stick.
- Material system: AMS compatible; AMS lite not compatible.
- Use an enclosed printer in a well-ventilated area, as ABS can release strong odors.
Mechanical and thermal values are manufacturer test results; printed-part performance varies with orientation, geometry, and printing conditions. The 99 °C heat deflection value is a test measurement, not a continuous operating-temperature rating.
